The Volatile Vek is one of the Vek from Into The Breach.
Description
The Volatile Vek is similar to a Scorpion, but its coloring is bright yellow instead of orange.
Volatile Vek only appear on missions with the bonus objective "Do not kill the Volatile Vek".
Abilities
HP: 4
Move: 3
Explosive Decay: Explodes on death, dealing 1 damage to adjacent tiles.
Stinging Spinneret: Web the target, preparing to stab it.
- Damage: 1
- Range: Melee
- Special effects: Renders the target unable to move on their turn. Can be nullified if either the Volatile Vek or the target are moved.
Notes
Killing the Volatile Vek will make you fail the bonus objective for the missions it appears in. It is best to use non-damaging push effects to prevent it from damaging cities or units without killing it.
