Spiderlings, spawned from Spiderling Eggs, are a very weak 1-health, 1-damage enemy that can quickly overwhelm the player with numbers.

Spiderlings, with 1 health, can easily be killed with the same things that can easily kill a Spiderling Egg: fire, pushing, and electric smoke. Standard weapon damage is typically overkill and should be spent on stronger enemies if possible.
