A cylindrical shaped robot with six mechanical legs supporting it, crouching low to the ground.
Strategy[ | ]
Mine-bots only exist as NPC units in missions where they must be defended to claim reputation (1 
per surviving Mine-Bot). They act on their own, dropping a freezing mine in the tile they currently occupy and moving to a new tile without a mine. Vek will target them in attempts to destroy them. The mines can be used to the players advantage; either by displacing enemy Vek into the mines to freeze them, or displacing the Mine-bots on their own mines to freeze them. Frozen Mine-bots are still alive and will still count towards successful objective completion.

- Mine-bots will not move on Time Pods, however they are capable of collecting them if they are pushed or pulled on top them.
