The Heat Converter is one of the weapons in the game Into The Breach, it is not a starting weapon of any Mech but obtainable through reputation reward or Time Pod.

Freeze the tile in front but light the tile behind on Fire in the process.
Single-use.

Strategy[ | ]
Heat Converter can consistently neutralize one target per use by freezing it. The burn effect is especially useful in the Pinnacle Robotics island, where the player can melt ice tiles as needed. Just remember, igniting a land based Vek on an ice tile, and freezing a flying Vek (even flying Vek Leaders) over chasm tiles, are both instant kills.
