It acts just like a Civilian Building, though it only takes away 1 Grid Power when destroyed. It can also resist a attack based on your Grid Defense. Unlike Civilian Buildings, it does not be crushed to rubble when destroyed. Instead, it takes the appearance of a broken down Coal plant. Coal Plants, unlike Civilian Buildings, do not act as a ground tile when destroyed, but instead remains a indestructible obstacle.
